The concept, dubbed “Fishin’ with a Musician,” aimed to bring together music lovers, anglers, and supporters of Can’d Aid, a non-profit organization that provides aid to those affected by landmines and unexploded ordnance.

The initial idea was to host a fishing tournament, where participants would pay a registration fee to participate. The twist? Each participant would be paired with a musician, who would perform during the event. The musicians would not only entertain the crowd but also help raise funds for Can’d Aid. The event would also feature a silent auction, with items donated by local businesses and musicians.
