The Formation of Souls
Souls, formed in 1973 in Chattogram, began its journey under the name “Surela” a year earlier in 1972, founded by Sazed Ul Alam along with Lulu and Roni. The band soon renamed itself “Souls” and became a pioneer in the country’s rock music scene.
“We’re thrilled to be celebrating this milestone, and we’re grateful to have such a wonderful team of fans who have supported us over the years,” said Partha Barua, lead guitarist and vocalist.
